Your claim will be processed immediately and a claims representative will contact you as soon as possible to assist you and explain the claims process.

Reporting A Loss

When reporting a loss, please have the following information available whether you report by phone, fax , mail, email or to your agent :

• Accord loss notice
• Agent name
• Date of loss
• Policy Number
• Name of Insured
• Description of what occurred
• Contact information for insured
• Names and addresses of the other parties involved
• Witnesses to the event

BY AGENT

You may wish to report your claim to your insurance agent or broker rather than directly to our office. You are welcome to do this and your agent will assist you in filling out an “Accord” loss notice.
