CBIP will specifically provide the underwriting, pricing, marketing, loss control, and policy administration services. CBIP has the infrastructure to operate as an insurance company. CBIP previously owned Salem Insurance Company a New Jersey domiciled property casualty insurance company and currently owns FMC Insurance Company a Delaware domiciled captive insurance company.

Camelback Captive Services, Inc.- will serve as the captive manager for FMCRRG and will provide an array of captive management services on a bundled and unbundled basis. Camelback Captive is headed by Richard P. Marshall who has over 25 years of experience in the alternative risk transfer mechanism arena, both in the private and public sectors.

Criterion Claims Solutions - Specializing in Transportation, Criterion will serve as the third party administrator (TPA) providing comprehensive, nationwide claim administration and management services to FMCRRG. Criterion Claim Solutions and its staff are active members of industry organizations such as TIDA (Trucking Industry Defense Association) and NTHECC (National Truck & Heavy Equipment Claims Council), and others. Criterion is headed by Rick McCord who has 36 years of claims management experience.

Johnson Lambert & Co - is a CPA and Consulting firm formed in the Washington, D.C. area in 1986. Their operations have expanded to six East Coast offices stretching from Vermont to Florida. They will serve as the independent audit firm preparing the annual financial audit for FMCRRG. FMCRRG will work with Marc Smith, CPA, CPCU a Principal in Johnson Lambert who will oversee the 2007 annual financial audit.
